- What photo works best?
- Face toward the camera, eyes open, good light, nothing covering the face. Phone photos are fine. The clearer the face, the more it looks like them.
- Will it actually look like them?
- That's the whole point. Every design is told to keep the exact face, hair and expression. If the preview isn't right, make another (free). If what arrives doesn't look like them, we redo it free.
- Can I use someone else's face?
- If they're in on it, yes. Only upload a face you have permission to use, never a celebrity or public figure, and nothing meant to embarrass someone who didn't sign up for it.
- How long does it take?
- The preview: about a minute. The order: printed to order in the US and usually delivered in 5–9 business days, shipping included.
- Sizes?
- Tees and hoodies are unisex S–2XL (the all-over tee XS–2XL). They run true to size; size up for a roomy fit. Socks come in S, M and L by shoe size.
- What do you do with the photo?
- Make your design and nothing else. Uploads and designs live under private links and are never shown to anyone but you.
