Whose face it is

You may only upload a face that is yours, or one whose owner has agreed to it (for an animal, its human). By uploading you confirm you have that permission. No celebrities, politicians or other public figures, and nothing that uses someone's face to mock, harass, sexualise or deceive. We refuse and refund any order we believe breaks these rules.

You give us a licence to use the photo solely to make your design and to print and ship it. The finished design is yours to wear, share and enjoy; we keep the right to use our design system and may use anonymised, non-identifying statistics about orders.

How designs are made

Designs are generated by an image model from your photo and our design instructions, then printed by a professional print studio. Previews are free and watermarked; the exact preview you approve is what is printed.

Orders

An order is accepted when we charge your card and send a confirmation. Because every item is made for your order, it enters production quickly and cannot be cancelled once printing has started (usually within one business day). Prices are in US dollars and include standard US shipping; sales tax is added where required.

Delivery

Printed to order in the US and typically delivered in 5–9 business days. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

Intellectual property

The Faces name, design system, example artwork and copy are owned by DSIO Industries LLC. You may not use the store to print anyone else's trademarks, characters or artwork.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
