Your photos

The photo you upload is used for one thing: to make your design. It is stored under a private, unguessable address, is never shown to anyone but you (and our staff if you ask for help with an order), is never used to train anything, and is never sold or shared for marketing. Generated designs are stored the same way so we can print the one you approved. You can ask us to delete your photos and designs at any time; we delete unpurchased uploads automatically after 60 days and purchased artwork 90 days after delivery.

What else we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the items you bought. We do not see or store your card number: payment details are tokenised in your browser by Authorize.net and charged through their service.

When you browse, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). We count free previews per photo and per network address to keep the free preview free. If advertising measurement is switched on, Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics scripts may set cookies and receive page views and purchase events (order value, order id, hashed email) so we can measure ads; you can block these and the store still works. We also remember, in your own browser, the campaign link you arrived from for up to 30 days.

Who we share it with

Authorize.net (payment), Vercel and Neon (hosting, storage and database), the image-model provider that makes the design (receives the photo and the design instruction, nothing about you), Printful (prints and ships your order — receives your name, address, email and the print files), and email providers used to send order updates. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Your rights

Email operations@dsio.io to see, correct or delete the personal information, photos or designs we hold; we act within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep order records. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising beyond the measurement described above.

Children

The store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not print designs made from photos of children without a parent or guardian placing the order.
