The likeness promise
If the face on your order does not look like the face in your photo, we redo it free: email operations@dsio.io within 30 days of delivery with your order id, a photo of the item and the original photo, and we will make a new version and reprint it at no charge. If the second attempt still isn't right, we refund you in full.
Damage, defects and the wrong size from us
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or in a different size from the one you ordered, send a photo within 14 days and we will reprint it free or refund it — your choice.
Fit and change of mind
Because every item is printed for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or for a size you chose. Check the size notes on each product before you buy; when in doubt, size up.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days of approval.
